Tips
The Langesee is part of the most beautiful section of the Schlaubetal. The east side is recommended, since the way is better, but it depends on the time of day. In the afternoon the view from the west side is very nice.

Yes, both! The lake is beautiful and the hiking trail on the east side is excellent. On the west side it is a bit overgrown and bumpy, holey, but walkable.
