This southernmost vantage point on the edge of the nature reserve Kranichsberg reveals a magnificent view of the Neckar valley (upstream) and the lock Rockenau. Here ends the theme path "path of the river history" and the long-distance hiking trail "Neckarsteig" also runs here. This square is equipped with an information board and seating. The Teufelskanzel is a rock formation above a abandoned quarry on the Kranichsberg. Since 1981, the area has been designated together with an old coppice as a nature reserve.
