Zwingenberg Castle is very photogenic in many places. From the place and the Neckar Bridge, of course, but especially here, near the Naturfreundehaus Zwingenberger Hof, you can admire the entire Neckar front in full length.History was made there, too, with the abdication of Grand Duke Friedrich II in 1918, the history of the more than 800-year-old Baden monarchy, which had developed from a margravate to a grand duchy. The castle still belongs to members of the von Baden family.
