Stadspoort Sassenpoort is a gate in the city wall of Zwolle. The gate was built at the end of the 14th century to defend the city of Zwolle. The gate was restored at the end of the 19th century.

Important sections of the earlier city wall were the eight city gates, of which unfortunately only one has been preserved. This city gate with its towers and tower clock is the Sassenport from 1406.
