Hiking
A railway line called the Vennbahn once ran over this old bridge, running from Aachen to Troivierges (Luxembourg). Construction of the line began in 1882 and was intended to serve several Prussian towns, many of which are now part of Belgium. The last service was discontinued in 1989.
The current route was opened to bicycles in 2013. The Vennbahn is one of the longest cycle paths in Europe.
