Eigentlich wollten wir andersherum gehen, nur die DB war sich nicht sicher ob von Koblenz ein Zug nach Winningen fährt oder doch ein Bus und auch nicht von wo. Also Tour umgedreht.

Na gut, der Zuweg war selbst gebastelt, aber wer hat sich die Wegführung für die Tour ausgedacht? Auch der Anstieg an der Mosel, der tatsächlich sehr schön war, hat es nicht rausgerissen.

Wahrscheinlich bin ich mit dem falschen Fuß aufgestanden, jedoch war dieser Wandertag von vorne bis hinten - freundlich ausgedrückt - blöd. Die Anfahrt mit der Bahn war fast schon erwartbar verspätet und überfüllt. Der selbstgebastelte Zuweg stank mal weniger, meist aber mehr nach Hundescheiße. Die Wegf

Einfach so nah wie es ging dem Fluss gefolgt und dabei Straßen möglichst ausgewichen.

Kunstspaziergang Murnau
Der Spaziergang ist nicht ausgeschildert und es gibt leider nur wenige Hinweistafeln. Es ist aber dennoch eine nette Runde durch Murnau. Unbedingt auf dem Weg - oder auch separat davon - das Schlossmuseum besuchen.

von Bad Kohlgrub nach Murnau übers Hörnle und dann am Staffelsee entlang
Zuerst mit einer großen Menge an Menschen den Sommerweg hinauf 🙄, ab dem hinteren Hörnle wurde es dann ruhiger. Herunter durch den Wald und dann an morigen Gebieten vorbei zum See. Dieser Teil der Tour war dann wunderbar.👍

The extremely beautiful ascent to the Bergerseehütte alone was already worth it. The Panoramaweg trail in glorious weather even more so. Both huts were great. The descent was OK and only steep in the last section through forest that was no longer quite healthy. Overall a super beautiful tour. 👍👍👍

The weather report was right... A rainy start to the day. So it was good that we hiked to the glacier yesterday and could leisurely walk to the endpoint of the Iseltrail today. In between, even some sun came out and presented rainbows 😊

The further you leave the Felbertauern Straße behind you, the more idyllic it becomes! Wonderful landscapes and trail guidance! We shared the suspension bridge with a few other hikers, otherwise we felt like we were alone on the Iseltrail.

While planning, I noticed that the GPS data deviates from the route and moves far away from the Isel river. Therefore, I replanned. But the GPS data was correct. We still took the other path. This seems to be the original path. It was a good decision.

Start not at the mouth, but earlier, as we made a stop at the baker's 😅
In between, a detour of a good 2 km via the cycle path, as the "actual" path was closed and we had to take the signposted diversion.
A beautiful tour, often close to the road, which you easily forget, however, as the river drowns
