The fantastically beautiful panorama of the district town of Daun is particularly beautiful from this point: the Daun Castle sits enthroned on the castle hill, on the right you can see the Daun Viaduct, over which no trains run anymore, but cyclists and hikers on the Maare-Moselle. Cross the cycle path. The St. Nicholas Church is just as easy to see.

Here you can sit down and relax for a while and let your gaze wander into the distance as far as Boxberg.
