Another attraction on Sendlinger Strasse is the single player house (No. 31). The house was built according to the plans of the city planning officer Dr. Hans Grässel built and completed in 1898. It is named after the brewer Franz Singleplayer, who built his brewery on the spot in 1673. The result is a plastered brick building with a bay window, paintings and two life-size figures.Source and more info

Residential and commercial building in Sendlingerstrasse. German Renaissance with two volute gables and richly decorated bay windows. Wall painting and neo-Gothic stone figures by Jakob Baudrexel. Built according to the facade plans by Hans Grässl in 1897/1898. It got its name from the beer brewer Franz Singspieler, who built a brewery on this site as early as 1673.
