Very narrow single trail very close to the Canal du Midi. Mindfulness is called for, that you don't end up in the water, which is always very close. Some of the sheet piling of the canal is in poor condition, so holes have been created in the path that you have to curve around with skill. Partly the path is very overgrown, from time to time with blackberry tendrils. When there is no oncoming traffic and in dry weather, the route is great fun even with a loaded trekking bike.
