Tips
Partially closed to motorized traffic, it passes through wooded area. The road surface is ok in the area of the climbing garden and very good at the back. In any case, a good alternative to the busy Wolfratshausenerstrasse. Afterwards / in front of it preferably relatively comfortably over the high-wire Pullach. There's something for the eyes and the soul.

Rather unsuitable for racing bikes. Lots of potholes and generally poor surface. Then it's better to take the new bike path next to Wolfratshauser Straße. You can run much better there.

The asphalt is not that good anymore (Feb. 2020), some holes and cracks that you have to avoid. Send those with the very narrow tires to the front ;-)
