From the 13th century, and expanded in the 17th century. The Annunciation stands out with its Gothic façade and the main altarpiece with paintings by Mengs. Three naves, it contains altarpieces, tombs, paintings, images... the image of the Virgin of Manzano from the 13th century stands out.
On the main altar, a Rococo altarpiece stands out, whose central motif is the Annunciation by Mengs, chamber painter of Charles III. On the sides are the tombs of the Counts of Castro, Juan de Mendoza, Marquis of la Hinojosa, and Diego Sarmiento, Count of Ribadavia.
