The parish of the Holy Cross was established on February 26, 1905. IN

Parish Church of St. Holy Cross is a neo-Gothic church,

single-nave building made of brick. It should be emphasized that it has always been a Catholic church. The parish priests who served this church knew Polish well and preached sermons in this language. The last parish priest before World War II was Fr. Jerzy Jakubiec from Silesia.
