<< Introduction to KunstWald Teutoburgia >>
"... On the southern edge of the Bladenhorst landscape park, in the immediate vicinity of one of the most beautiful preserved workers' settlements in the Ruhr area, a forest is dedicated to art: the KunstWald Teutoburgia invites you to take a walk. The sound artist Christof Schläger had a support association at the end of the 1980s was founded, whose ideas were picked up by the municipal association of the Ruhr area in a competition in 1993 and put into practice.Art objects in the park

The "unfolded facade" on the north side of the machine hall is worth seeing, with which Margret Cramer brings the paving in front of the building and the facade into a dialogue; The "turning point" by Elke Bauer is abstract, an ensemble of steel sculptures that will be planted with hops in the future. The modern Garden of Eden, for which ten artists provided the ideas, is a successful mixture of nature and art. ... "
