Tips
A picturesque old town with numerous half-timbered houses has been preserved in Weinheim. The electoral-Palatinate palace above the market square serves today as the town hall and is surrounded by a secluded park.
From the old town there are also some two-castle views - to the venerable Windeck castle ruins from the 11th century and the modern complex of the Wachenburg from the 20th century (so of course not a castle in the true sense of the word).translated by
