The origin of the Urselbach is below the large Feldberg, where several springs first unite to form the Haidtränkbach. Only from the Hohemark is the water then called Urselbach. The stream continues to flow through Oberursel and the Frankfurt district of Niederursel. It finally flows into the Nidda at a height of 102 m above sea level at the campsite near Heddernheim.

If you follow the <path to Hohemark from Fuchstanz, you walk almost the entire path directly along the Urselbach. Just beautiful.
