The “Zeitenströmung” project envisages the establishment of a workshop complex specifically for vintage vehicles. Implementation began in 2005. There are currently a number of workshops specializing in the repair of historic vehicles here. There are also 42 glass garages, restaurants, an event complex and a 1950s-style hotel in the former administration building. In keeping with the theme, the streets in the area are named after well-known car brands and pioneers of automobile construction. In 2008, “Niagara Square” was created as the center of the area with benches and a 15 meter high artificial waterfall.
