Not long ago, Rudower Fließ was an unsightly broth in a concrete bowl. Thanks to the great renaturation it became a beautiful patch of earth and a great recreational area. The paths are nice and shady.

The Rudower Fließ is a 9.2 kilometer long sand-shaped lowland stream in the Rudow district of the Neukölln district. It is also known as Rudow's tear gland due to its formation as an Ice Age meltwater channel.The channel was formed around 12,000 years ago during the last Glaciation of the Vistula.Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudower_Flie
