In 1906, ten jewelry manufacturers who were enthusiastic about nature and art, as well as the sculptor Adolf Sautter, came up with the idea of buying meadows on a slope opposite the village above the Würm Valley, in order to enjoy life reform and naturopathy there. The pulpit with seating group was created in 2000 as the conclusion of the development measure by the citizens of the mountain and named after Ulrich Kollmar, as a thank you for his commitment to the sewage system of the residential area, which was carried out under private management.

In memory of his grandparents and the first settlers of the "mountain", Ulrich Kollmar donated this bust on polished sandstone from his grandfather's fund in 2014 for the installation "On the mountain".
