Built in 1595 as a pharmacy and residence for pharmacist Herman Reiminck. In the 19th century, the owner of the building was a merchant and mayor I. S. Borch, who later gave the building his name.

One of Denmark's finest examples of Renaissance townhouses. A gabled house based on the German example with richly carved decorations: bear's claw leaves, rosettes and lilies. The beams between the floor projections are shaped as angels' heads with outspread wings.

Borchs gård in Kolding was built in 1595 as a pharmacy and named after the retailer and town governor I.S. Borch, who owned the house in the 19th century.

It is one of the most outstanding examples of a Renaissance townhouse in Denmark. A gabled house in the German style with richly carved ornaments.
