Mountain biking
There are a few bumps in the path and - as the path is also quite steep - concentration and strength are required to reach the top of the diver's parking lot without getting off. It's a lot of fun because as an average biker you have to concentrate more. The trail is doable with average fitness because of the very short distance. You can certainly ride it well downhill too.
