Plau am See Lighthouse

In 2012 a new highlight was completed in Plau am See and made accessible to the public - the new pier with the lighthouse. This has already developed into a real visitor magnet in the climatic health resort. Especially on the weekends, many guests and locals take advantage of the beautiful weather to enjoy the view from the platform of Lake Plau and the surrounding area.
With a total height of 13.5 meters, the lighthouse now welcomes all guests coming from the water at the entrance to Plau am See. From land, visitors can climb the tower and get a fascinating all-round view of the Plauer See from the viewing platform at a height of 8 meters.
