Tips

  • Line 163 is a Belgian railway line, also called the crest line (it partly follows the water separation limit between the Meuse and Rhine basins), connects Libramont to Gouvy and Saint-Vith via Bastogne. It is currently closed and out of service (the track was always laid between Libramont and the entrance to Bastogne station, until the early 2010s). In 2017, a “pre-Ravel”, which can be walked and cycled, was set up between Libramont and Wideumont.
It is a secondary line, which serves few important localities, beyond the four mentioned above. The Bastogne - Gouvy section particularly avoids the localities of the region crossed, with a few exceptions.
