"Armesberg Tunnel") with a length of 840 meters.
The "Fichtelgebirge Railway" as a section of the Nuremberg line
- Marktredwitz (-Prague) was opened on May 15 after nine years of construction
Officially commissioned in 1878. The tunnel tube was due
the fragility of the mountains due to the proximity to the Frankish line
completely lined with granite stones from the area.
