The Singeborn is located in the Bielatal about 1 km after the Ottomühle and about 500 m before the junction to the Dürrebielegrund.
According to folk tales, in the pre-Reformation period, the Rosenthal teacher took the school children to this spring at Easter to fetch the holy water for the church while singing. This is how the vernacular interprets the name "Singeborn".
