Hiking
lies the grave of Hermann Löns in the Tietlinger Wacholderhain.
You enter the rustic heathland, which spreads around the Löns grave,
through a sturdy gate.
This is necessary, because sometimes Heidschnucken sheep roam freely across the grounds.
The area is called Tietlinger Wacholderhain and the name is very fitting, because large, gnarled junipers are picturesquely distributed across the heath
and frame the sandy paths.
Visually, this is one of the most beautiful heathlands in the Lüneburger Heide.
