Hermann Löns grave in the Tietlinger Wacholderhain Walsrode.
The grave of Hermann Löns lies in the Tietlingen district of Bad Fallingbostel, embedded in a beautiful heather area with gnarled juniper trees.
You enter the rustic heather, which is spread around the Löns grave, through a stable gate. This is necessary because sometimes heather sheep run freely across the area.
The area is called Tietlinger Wacholderhain and the name is very correct. Large, gnarled junipers are picturesquely distributed over the heather and frame the sandy paths. From a purely visual point of view, this is one of the most beautiful heather areas on the Lüneburg Heath.
