Walsrode is the largest city in the bird park region and has an extensive network of wonderful hiking trails.There are 5 beautiful circular hiking trails that lead you through Walsrode and the surrounding area. The routes all start at the town hall kiosk in downtown Walsrode. With their different lengths from 9.5 km to 21 km, every hiker will find exactly the right excursion for themselves. Whether through the Eckernworth forest, past the Grundlose See or with a stop at the Walsrode World Bird Park - there is something for everyone on the circular hiking trails through Walsrode.Information on this:Tourist information for the bird park region
