Hiking

Schillerplatz is, contrary to what its name suggests, more of a park than a square. It used to be the forecourt of the National Theater. Today it is particularly popular with students from the nearby university for taking a break or studying.
On it there is the memorial stone for 50 years of reconstruction by Mannheim women in 1945 and the Schiller monument.
