Beautiful, well-kept park on the southern shore of the Schlachtensee. Directly at the exit of the S-Bahn station is also a cozy lawn. From the riverside path of the park you have a beautiful view over the lake - especially in autumn, when the leaves of the beech and oak trees change color, a great view.

The Paul-Ernst Park is located on the southern shore of the Schlachtensee.
The upper area of the park is particularly striking, a well-groomed lawn with flower beds and a memorial stone for the namesake, the writer and journalist Paul Ernst (1866-1933).
There is a nice view of the lake from the northern end of the upper section.
From there, Paul-Ernst-Park extends down the slope to the lake shore and from there about a kilometer further east to a small peninsula jutting out into the lake.
