Beautiful, well-kept park on the southern shore of the Schlachtensee. Directly at the exit of the S-Bahn station is also a cozy lawn. From the riverside path of the park you have a beautiful view over the lake - especially in autumn, when the leaves of the beech and oak trees change color, a great view.

The Paul-Ernst-Park in Berlin is located in the Berlin district of Zehlendorf. The 14.5 hectare park was created in 1783 as a palace park. The park cradles around the Schlachtensee and is used intensively for walks. With its continuous riverside path, the park is one of the most popular jogging routes in Berlin. The extensive park is named after the German writer Paul Ernst (1866–1933).The recreation park consists on the one hand of a dense forest, while in the upper area at the Schlachtensee S-Bahn station, flower beds and lawns are laid out. The sunbathing lawns are heavily frequented in the summer months.Source: berlinstadtservice.de/park_in_berlin/Paul-Ernst-Park.html
