The construction of the new bridge over the Antholzer Bach made it possible to restore the old stone arch bridge from 1847 under Emperor Ferdinand I and to restore it as a document of outstanding modern street architecture. The upgrading of the Rasner Bridge as a museum is part of the “thema!” Theme trail concept. In 2012, the project was awarded the “Premio architectura Cittá di Orderzo” architecture prize.
