Åstrup Church is a large whitewashed Romanesque church with a lead roof. It consists of a choir and nave, a tower to the west, a porch to the south and a sacristy to the north. The interior of the church is characterized by one of the richest church ceilings in Denmark - a coffered ceiling from 1675 which was renovated in 1937.
