You can park at the bottom of Motovun and then wonderfully follow the old paths all the way to the top. The way is not far and definitely worth it. I would definitely take the old ways and not go up via the road. In my opinion, the shuttle bus is not necessary if you are good on foot. The circular route from the petrol station down in the village to the top and back is only about 3km long.

Hiking

Tip: Take the bus up to explore all the city's streets and then walk back to your car on the designated path.

The bus costs 10 Kn one way per adult and 5 Kn per child. Tickets are available at the bottom of the ramp. Closed to private vehicles.

Immediately after the church, turn right onto a narrow path; it's easy to miss. If you miss the first one, take the second option.
