Before the historic house was restored by community members and now serves as an exhibition and community center, the farmstead belonged to the Krull family from 1749 to 1982.

Where the 100-year-old homestead stands today, there has been a farmstead for at least 1,000 years that belonged to the Krull family between 1749 and 1982 - a good place to preserve the village's history.
