In glorious autumn weather, we went today from Wustrow along the Baltic Sea and the steep coast to Ahrenshoop. The Baltic Sea showed itself from its particularly calm side, with hardly a wave. A beautiful circular hike with many great views! ☀️

A beautiful, just under 9-kilometer-long hike through the Darßwald forest to the Weststrand. Along the way, there were numerous mushrooms, wonderful forest paths, and always small discoveries in nature, before the roaring Baltic Sea with its impressive waves awaited us at the Weststrand.

A beautiful loop through the Borkener Paradies and along the Alte Ems. Particularly beautiful were the many views of the water and the great clouds in the sky. Another highlight of the tour was the Ems weir in Versen.

Today, in summery warm temperatures, we covered 9 km from Hilter towards Lathen through the fields. On the way back, the tour led us along the Dortmund-Ems Canal in the best weather.

Our last hike on the Darß took us once again through the beautiful nature around the Darßer Ort. We followed the varied boardwalks to the Weststrand, continued to the lighthouse, and then returned through the coastal forest. A wonderful tour through an impressive landscape and a perfect end to our vacation.
