The Fensterliwirt or Gummenhütte is a great place with a view of the Feldberg and the Dreisamtal. In good weather, you can also see the Alps or the French-Swiss Jura. When there is catering, you can have snacks or coffee and cake handed over to you at the window. A refrigerator for cool drinks is always there and a cash register that should be filled honestly even when the host is not there.
