Divided into three parcels, you can see the development from head to stem training. The museum vineyard is cultivated by hand without any pesticides. Numerous volunteers work hard to maintain the Röttinger museum vineyard. A mixed set is obtained from the grapes of the museum vineyard, which you can try in our wine museum during a museum visit.
