    Hiking

This summit probably offers the best view of the Lödensee, Mittersee and Weitsee lakes in the valley, as well as the Dürrnbachhorn and the Hörndlwand. In the distance, the Kaiser, Guffert and a few other peaks can be seen when visibility is good. It is definitely worth the short detour from the path towards Saurüsselkopf or Dürrnbachhorn. The ascent is not very demanding, but there is a short counter climb that you have to climb up again on the way back.

Super nice view of the lakes from the summit.
However, the approach is a bit overgrown (especially in summer) and not always easy to find.
