From 2007 to 2017, the enterprise was located in a converted old garage at 4 Rue de Niederbronn, near Boulevard Clemenceau. The idea of building a real church arose in 2007 during the visit of Patriarch Alexy II2. In fact, the city of Strasbourg, the capital of Europe, did not have a Russian church, unlike Baden-Baden, Stuttgart or Frankfurt, for example.
