The Marsini bivouac (also known as Casinet de Och or dei Ochet) is an ancient rural house, now used as a shelter for hikers, which stands at an altitude of 370 m on the hilly line between Pedeguarda and Corbanese, just north of Molinetto della Croda. Inaugurated on 25 April 1998, it was completely rebuilt by the will of the Refrontolo Marciatori Group, which takes care of its maintenance every year, on the occasion of the anniversary.

It consists, on the ground floor, of a room used as a kitchen with fireplace. On the first floor a mezzanine with a table that can accommodate up to 12 people. Outside there is a porch with a table, benches and a grill area.

Cozy bivouac for up to 8-10 people. Beautiful view with plenty of seating and barbecue facilities in the outdoor area. The ground floor has an oven and a large table. On the upper floor there are plenty of wooden reclining areas.
