On the hill of San Gallo, to the east of the church, stands the Monument of the Aviere: a stylized airplane wing in reinforced concrete surmounted by a bronze statue of the Madonna of Loreto, patroness and protector of aviators. The monument was erected on the initiative of the students of the Quartier del Piave Aeronautical Association on the land donated to the Municipality of Farra di Soligo by the Rigamonti family.

The view from the monument is spectacular at 360 ° and sweeps across the entire valley of the Quartier del Piave, beyond the Montello hill with glimpses, on clear days, to the Venice Lagoon. To the east, north and west the panorama is a natural amphitheater on the Treviso and Belluno Prealps.
