In the right side wing of the Kunstwanderhalle is the fountain bar of the oldest used spring in Bad Elster, the "Moritzquelle" discovered in 1669, as well as two sculptures by the sculptor and architect Arno Breker (born 1900 in Elberfeld / died 1991 in Düsseldorf).

The Saxon State Baths GmbH has ten state-recognized healing springs in Bad Elster. These include the Marien and Moritz springs, the Salzquelle and the Elstersäuerling.

The Moritzquelle in Bad Elster is located in the beautiful spa gardens. There you can drink healing water for free, but please make sure that the maximum daily amount is not exceeded. Public toilets are available in the basement if you have drunk too much water 😉
