What a beautiful place, there on the way to the St. Ursula Chapel. Framed by two beautiful old linden trees there is a sandstone pedestal with Jesus carrying the cross.
The linden trees are very old and are located on a small hill. All in all, the result is a great overall picture, a dreamlike piece of nature in every season.

The two mighty linden trees are below at the entrance to the St. Ursula chapel. In the middle is a wayside shrine, the so-called “Kreuzschlepper”. Together they form a beautiful landscape-defining element.

The linden tree has a very special meaning for people. He brought them from the forests to the cities, where they could grow excellently as a single tree. In this way, man received a "motherly" tree personality, with heart-shaped leaves, a sweet scent of flowers and an expansive crown, which has a special appeal and gives a feeling of security.
