The estate was originally owned by Johannes de Ost de Neslestorp. 1439 is the Stralsunder councilman Sabel Segefried, 1455 a family boy and 1512 the monastery Neuenkamp owner of the place. In the 16th century followed Caspar von Rammin, who had to relinquish the estate in 1612 due to debts to Stralsund, but was able to buy it back around 1650. After destruction in 1675/76 the estate was rebuilt in 1695. The former owner was Wilhelm von Hertell. In 1858 Carl Georg Rewoldt acquired the estate. His daughter Therese - married to Major Max von Zansen-Osten (1841-1904) took over the estate. In 1898, the manor house burned down in part and was then rebuilt in its present form. Therese died in 1931 at the age of 90 years. Two of her four daughters took over the estate and carried it on. After the end of the Second World War, the estate was occupied by Russian troops. The estate people had an hour to pack their things and were then expelled.

Since 2003, the old manor house in Nisdorf is a family hotel. The manor house offers twelve spacious apartments and recreation rooms. Around the manor house there is a large garden.

In 2023, five people who already knew each other well founded a cooperative and acquired the manor house in Nisdorf at the beginning of 2024 to offer a meeting space. For us, this means a place of relaxation for vacationers, a café for cyclists and hikers, simple overnight accommodations for users of the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, seminars in the pre- and post-season, a space for family celebrations and group meetings, and in the future, discussion groups, lectures, and exchanges on current topics.
For day visitors, cyclists, and hikers, we offer cold drinks, various coffees, teas, usually cakes, sausages, bars, ice cream, and various places to relax, eat, and drink both inside and outside. You can also simply refill your water bottles here.
We look forward to seeing you.

There is a small restaurant in the farmhouse with beer garden on the terrace. Ideal for a rest.
