Mountain biking
Very nice meadow trail, beginning shortly after the Haggenegg chapel (branch off right from the asphalt road). Mostly S1, mostly narrow hiking trail, once very short, rough, steeper passage.
From "Schwand" you then continue on asphalt roads Rtg Herrenboden and Mostelberg.
