Hiking
The original construction was built in the 15th century, which was also related to the expansion of the city walls. In 1596 the dyer's tower was demolished and rebuilt in its current form. The tower was last renovated in 1985 and the roof was renewed in 2011.

The Bathhouse or Headwashing Fountain commemorates one of the imperial city's former bathhouses. It stands on the city wall on the banks of the Argen River in front of the former bathhouse building. The fountain sculpture was created in 1993 by Gisela Steimle from Bad Urach-Sirchingen. In a cheerful tussle, a resolute woman is busy "washing the head" of a resisting man.
