The 22-meter-high observation tower was built in cooperation with the University of Stuttgart for the 2024 Baden-Württemberg State Garden Show. The tower consists of a wooden structure made of twelve-centimeter-thin, curved panels. These are created by gluing moist wooden slats together. The drying process causes the panels to warp into their intended shape. The path to the top leads via a 113-step steel spiral staircase. From the very top, there is a unique panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps.
