Pretty lake. In good weather during the holidays or on weekends but busy. Dogs freewheeling area and dog beach do the rest. Parking and drinks stall with seating available. The adjacent Silberseee is a protected biotope and only to be wandered far and wide. The path around the Silbersee is partly agitated by horses and therefore only partially usable for trekking bikes or prams.

Hiking

Nice, well-kept facility. If you come from the Volkardeyer road you can park directly at the lake and make a nice round from there to this lake. Finally, at the starting point at the kiosk with outdoor seating, you can still catch a bite with an ice cream or drink.
