On Sunday, September 10th, 2023 there will be a family day in Wolfhagen!

The shops in the city center are open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and there is a colorful program for children with, for example, a bouncy castle or carousel.

The Sunday shopping is complemented by a flea market on the market square.

Anyone interested in history can follow the hansstadtpfad.com all day long, which runs through the city center and consists of 7 stations.

Just a few minutes' walk away you can enjoy the adventure pool in warm water temperatures (heated by a biogas plant) from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

A free guided tour of Weidelsburg will take place in the Ippinghausen district at 11 a.m. It is the largest castle ruins in northern Hesse. A large, wide internal staircase takes you to the viewing platform. From there you have a great view of the Wolfhager Land. All stations can be reached by bus or car. There are sufficient free parking spaces available on site.
