You can find out a little bit about this steam storage locomotive. It was built in 1985 at the RAW Meiningen and was in use at the Vetschau power plant until after reunification. The locomotives have the designation FLC (fireless locomotive, wheel arrangement C). It has absolutely nothing to do with the Altlansberger Kleinbahn, since steam storage locomotives were usually only used in industrial plants.
