The driveway to Gut Frauenhof is long and is adorned by a 300m long avenue of lime trees dating from 1871. Gut Frauenhof is located in Esgrus in the fishing region. Gut Frauenhof looks back on a long history. It was built in 1712 on the old foundations of the Nygaard farm. Since the foundation was carried out by a woman or built for a woman, the facility was called Frauenhof. As a counterpart there is of course the Herrenhof.
Today holiday apartments are rented here.
