Von Kropp, durch kleinere Orte, entlang der Sorge Schleifen, durch Naturschutzgebiete an der Neuen Sorge, die Eider erstmalig querend bei Prinzenmoor und Lexfähre. Weiter durch Wiesen, Moore und Felder bis an den Gieselaukanal und danach ist der NOK bei Oldenbüttel erreicht.
